Shipping policy

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods: 

DIGITAL GOODS (EBOOKS)
Digital goods (ebooks) are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel. PLEASE NOTE: These will be shipped to the email address on record with Shopify. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within 3 minutes.

PHYSICAL GOODS (PRINT BOOKS)
Print books are printed and shipped by Bookvault. 

How long will my order take? 
- Within the UK and Europe, between 10-35 business days. 
- Outside of Europe, 3-8 weeks. 
- We always try to ship the order within 48h of you placing it. 

Could I please have a tracking number? 
You can track shipping of your item at an extra cost. Make sure to select this option at check-out. You will then get a tracking number to follow the journey of the package. 

If you don't select tracked shipping, the book will be sent with the normal untracked postal service. If your order disappears along the way, I will of course send a new one with free shipping. Please wait until the shipping time has run out (see times above) before you reach out to me 🙏  

Shipping charge & duties 
Shipping charge includes shipping label, packaging and handling.

Customs & Duties
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Indie Writer Press has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for them. Indie Writer Press will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because the customer refuses to pay potential VAT & customs clearance. 

Please note:
For physical goods (such as print books) you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
